Embedded as fractional BD lead for a Series A technology company. Designed the commercial architecture, initiated 12 strategic conversations, received 3 term sheets, and closed a key distribution agreement within four months. The pipeline and CRM were handed to an internal hire at engagement end.

What does a fractional engagement actually look like day-to-day? +
Fractional engagements are scoped by deliverable and time commitment, typically 2 to 4 days per week, inside your team's workflow. That means attending key meetings, managing relationships and pipelines directly, and producing outputs. It is not a monthly advisory call. It is active, accountable execution with a defined scope and clear handover point.
Can you handle CBDO and COO responsibilities simultaneously? +
Yes, and this is where Almanach is most effective. Most clients are at Series A or beyond, or earlier-stage companies with live revenue and a real growth constraint. The common thread is a company that has proven its model but is outgrowing its current leadership capacity. We are not a fit for very early pre-product stage companies.
How does pricing work? +
Engagements are scoped individually, with no standard packages. Depending on commitment level and deliverables, we work on a monthly retainer, project fee, or a combination of both. We discuss structure on the discovery call once we understand what you actually need.
Where are you based and do you work remotely? +
We operate across Europe and internationally. Most work is done remotely with strategic in-person moments built in where they create real value: launches, key negotiations, leadership offsites. We have active network coverage across the EU, UK, and key international markets.
